Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, when an account reaches certain deposit thresholds, or at any other time at bed999's discretion. Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender of the funds is not the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and possible account suspension. bed999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are beyond bed999's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. bed999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on a given day are processed within the timeframes listed above. bed999 does not impose withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no deposits, wagers, or logins). bed999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Where a conflict exists, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotional terms.
• bed999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if it determines that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of any applicable terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. The following general rules apply across all products on the bed999 platform:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player
